NATIONAL RESPONDER
A “Progressive Environmental” Company
EAGLE SWS
In December of 2007, SWS (Southern Waste Services, Inc.)
announced a major investment group’s capitalization to continue its growth and expansion. This new capital base provided
for the recent merger between
SWS and Eagle Construction and
Environmental Services, LP.
Now known and operating as
Eagle-SWS, our post-investment
objectives such as establishing
new locations, expanding existing services and offering new services have begun with our newly
formed company.
This combination unites two
environmental services leaders
and creates an organization able
to provide clients with comprehensive service capabilities
including planned remediation, land and water-based emergency response, disaster response and recovery, industrial services, demolition, training and technical services.
In terms of presence and geographic coverage, at present,
Eagle-SWS now has more than 30 strategically located service
centers spanning 10 states. Each location has equipment, personnel and resources dedicated to performing both emergency
and non-emergency field operations.
Eagle-SWS now has more than
500 employees, 30 million dollars in equipment, and a new National Response network providing emergency response services
throughout the United States,
Canada and some international
locations.
Eagle-SWS continues integration in a thoughtful and well
planned manner in an effort to
maximize the benefit to our employees, customers, and operations. With a commitment to safety, integrity, and customer
service, our success has been predicated on being there when
our customers need us, knowing what to do, and doing it right.
By combining our experienced teams, specialized equipment,

“Eagle-SWS is now one of the largest,
most diverse, well-positioned
environmental companies in the United States.”

Note From The President
It seems like yesterday we were announcing Shoreview’s investment in SWS, Environmental First Response (SWS). Actually, it’s
been 18 months and what an 18 months it has been. Through the merger with Eagle Construction and Environmental Services, LP
(Eagle), Eagle-SWS has been able to achieve the first step in our long-term plan of becoming the premier one-stop environmental
service contractor in the country.
With this being our initial post-merger external newsletter, I would like to take this opportunity to thank my new partners at
Eagle-SWS, Marc and Joe Walraven, for their dedication and limitless hard work at making this merger a success. Eagle-SWS faces a
truly unique and exciting opportunity and their continued leadership is a key ingredient to achieving our goals.
Eagle-SWS now has an unsurpassed list of employees, vendors and clients all poised and focused on making this one of the great
success stories in the environmental industry. Through the integration of our Business Development, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Project Estimating/Project Management, Finance, Administration and Operations teams, Eagle-SWS has dedicated itself to
a new level of client satisfaction. From job inception to project invoicing, we expect the experience to be unrivaled in the industry.
The success of this endeavor is 100% reliant on partner feedback. If there is ever anything we can do to improve your experience
working with Eagle-SWS, please don’t hesitate to call me at 1-800-852-8878 or drop me an email at info@eaglesws.com.
